Terms and Conditions for in-school Music Lessons with Leicester Music Tuition
- School lessons are weekly during term time.
- Once enrolled for lessons you will automatically be added to the timetable each term until you tell us otherwise. This includes after the summer holidays
- You will be invoiced, by email, at the beginning of each half term, payment is due within 7 days.
- 4 Weeks notice is required, in writing, if you wish to terminate lessons. If this is not given you will be liable to a charge equal to 4 weeks of lessons.
- Lessons will be suspended and legal action may be sort if payment is not received.
- AT LEAST one weeks notice is required to rearrange or reschedule lessons, this will be dependant on the teachers timetable and is not guaranteed.
- Lessons missed due to illness, appointments and holidays are non-refundable.
- If the teacher has to cancel for any reason you will be let know as soon as possible, we will endeavour to rearrange the lesson to another day. time or teacher, if this proves not possible you will not be charged for the lesson.
- It is down to yourself to make us aware of any school trips that may affect your child’s lesson (please see above)
